I am reminded so many times how short life is, with only acouple days left to change the clocks back, the leaves are falling fast, the list could go on how fast time goes, or maybe this is just getting older;(  Life has been busy here like everyone else, esp. with the holidays coming up fast my list just got a mile longer!! But  each day i want to give myself to God and do His work, that mine can wait.. I guess God showed me this when we had the foster children this summer. They were a hand full but sooo rewarding. God gave me the grace to take care of them in His time and way,, We had a 7yr old girl, 3 boys, ages ~ 2,1,& 6months.. and we havent had any since.. that was also a big adjustment to our lives..   Another big one was Mike bought a Business "Hoover Roofing INC" that also made for some adjustments in our Home and probably still more to come. Another blessing is that Mike has Alot of work and in this econamy and we are very grateful that God is blessing us in this way!  Now you know who to get if you need a new roof :) 

  School is going good for the most part.. Mike added a new room downstairs for school, scrapebooking, etc. so now we are excited to have school in there this school yr. Of course playing outside is a highlight for the children and right now trying to get every nice day in before the snow blows! Did i mention that Fall is my favotite time of yr... Fire going in the fireplace,with a cup of Hot Apple Cider,making carmal Apples for art and the reward of eating them, plus just enjoying Gods beautiful paint brush across the trees!!! Im so excited to see what Gods has for our family in the next months, and year to come!! I want to enjoy all he has given me in the past yrs.of my life.. Esp. my husband and children..

  8yrs. ago God gaves us a beautiful, precious, girl!!  I will never forget the day you were born. You were a miracle to us from God and i want to treasure each yr. with you!! I love you so very much. You and your brother are nothing but joy in our lives!!  Keep on being the girl that God wants you to be!!

     I have always wanted to go on a trip to Alaska!!  Well i dont think i want too now.  The month of January we had a total of 30in. of snow plus even acouple inches of ice to add..  I love snow but i am actually sick of it.. (cant you tell i have the winter blahhsss.......   And the snow is coming again and so is the freezing, bitter ,cold wind!!  Tomorrow a high of 10 degrees!!  I bet you southeners wish you could be here to enjoy all this snow, sledding,etc..:)   The last couple of wks. we have been having a blast in the snow and even 4wheeling!!!!!!    

  My sister even joined us!! A very cold ride but very exciting!! Even the birds loved it.. These guys were out for hrs. and about froze when they came in!
